Québec and Japan – Toward a green future with Ms. Suzanne Ethier, déléguée générale at the Délégation générale du Québec in Tokyo Context:
The economic turbulence experienced in 2008-2009 was an opportunity for Japan to bounce back by stepping up the development of non-polluting energy. The February 23 conference will provide a better understanding of how Québec’s commitments regarding climate change and green energy have generated interest in Japan.
